Tretayuga is operated by Anuj Dubey (“we”, “us”). These terms explain what you can expect from the site and what we ask of you in return. They're written in plain language on purpose — please read them.

Tretayuga is free to use, and provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do our best to keep it correct and running, but we make no guarantee that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Content sources and rights

We want to be specific and upfront about where the content on this site comes from:

• The English and Hindi explanations are Tretayuga's own content — prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by hand before publication. Despite that review, they may still contain errors.
• Verse audio is machine-generated speech, not a human reciting.

Not a religious authority

The explanations on this site are offered for personal reflection. They are not authoritative religious rulings, and Tretayuga does not claim any religious authority. If you are seeking authoritative interpretation of the Gita, please consult qualified teachers.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you need help in any of those areas, please consult a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You're welcome to read, listen, and share individual verses. What we ask you not to do: scrape the site, bulk-download its content, or redistribute Tretayuga's own translations or audio (the English and Hindi explanations we've written, and the recordings we've generated) without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tretayuga at any time, without prior notice.
